2025年12月6日,PB! PB! 今年没好好训练,但是居然PB了,进了一小时(PS,去年虽然官方成绩也进了1小时,但是赛道短了200多米)。果然DDL是第一生产力。明年争取再进步几分钟。


2025年11月29日,今年没好好训练。开局又被4分配速的大佬带了1公里给带崩了。下周129吸取教训。


2024年12月8日,经过几个月三天打鱼,两天晒网的训练,怒拿男子教工10 km组最后一名。 大家水平都太高了,10公里保持4分多的配速。我已经尽力跑了个人PR了,第二圈5 km开足马力,配速比第一圈都快了。 后面继续努力,争取下一届有进步。

Fitness


Exercise helps me clear my mind, refresh my body, and build the courage to tackle any challenges. I truly enjoy the sense of pushing my limits and surpassing them. I used to work out at the BA(Break-all) CrossFit gym at Tsinghua University in Beijing, which had a great vibe. The environment was very welcoming, with friendly people, and the overall energy during workouts was really motivating.
